LI-DNI About the role The role of Marketing Executive within the Retail Ecommerce team will see you supporting the retail marketing activity for digital and social channels, seeking to optimise all aspects of the online experience and performance that will drive customer acquisition, conversion, and sales. The role is a brilliant opportunity for an ecommerce and digital professional with an enthusiastic approach to their work, looking for a challenge, where you can really make a difference. Experience within this sector is essential, ideally with a robust understanding of email marketing, along with a passion to drive data focused decisions and work as part of a mission focused team. Flexible working (ideally in the Poole office minimum one day per week) About you You’ll be an experienced and proactive Marketing Executive able to support the development and delivery of impactful, successful campaigns, ideally with experience in ecommerce and social channels. To be considered for the role as our new Marketing Executive you will need: Experience in planning and managing marketing campaigns, including experience in data briefs Be capable of building strong and collaborative working relationships, both within the existing team but also with other teams and multiple stakeholders across the organisation Proven experience of working across multiple projects to tight deadlines To have excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) So, as a Marketing Executive with a proactive attitude, high attention to detail and excellent organisation skills, wanting to see and support our organisation’s aim to build our ecommerce business to ultimately reduce drowning, this could be the role for you.
