We have a great opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager who is looking to take that next step into seniority and join one of our award-winning clients in Oxford.
Established over 70 years ago with plenty of growth ahead our client are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team of 13 and deliver their upcoming projects within education, life sciences and commercial sector. These projects are valued at £370M with 25% ownership which will give you great exposure and a chance to really enhance your portfolio.
As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible taking current and upcoming projects from inception to completion, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, direct and coordinate the team to ensure the projects progresses on schedule and within budget. This is a hybrid opportunity where you will have full flexibility of your work schedule and no requirement for traveling further than 45 minutes as all the projects are local to Oxford.
You’ll be chartered RICS, CIOB, RIBA, MICE, have previous experience in working a consultancy-based environment, previously delivered large scale projects from various sectors (preferably education, life sciences and commercial) and have strong communication and organisational skills.
