Our client has a requirement for Assembly Operators to work initially on a temporary basis in their Manufacturing site in Coatbridge. These roles may offer permanent work in due course. Your Time at Work The hours of work will be on an early shift/ back shift weekly rotating pattern as follows: Early shift 06;00 - 14:00 Monday to Thursday and 06:00 - 11:00 on Friday. (35 hours) Back shift 14:00 - 22:00 Monday to Thursday and 11:00 - 16:00 on Friday. (35 hours) In future there may be the opportunity to work on Night shift which would involve a higher shift allowance. Paid at higher rate of £15.22. Our Perfect Worker Our ideal candidate will come from the manufacturing industry with previous assembly or machine operation experience. Ideally you will have used basic hand tools to assemble small components to strict quality standards. This is a very disciplined work environment with a requirement to wear a mask in the work place.
