Role:Regional Sales Manager Location: North East Scotland Salary: 40,000 bonus car allowance Pertemps are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to support business growth and manage a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably within the food service sector, with a proven ability to develop strategies and achieve sales targets. This role requires travel across designated regions, covering North East Scotland. Applicants should be based within the catchment area. Responsibilities - Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new clients. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives. - Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. - Monitor and update client pricing files. - Work closely with marketing teams to create targeted promotional campaigns. - Attend meetings at the companys regional office as required. About You - Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within food service or a similar industry. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others. - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office. - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - A proactive and strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities. - A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
