HR Manager (Dungannon)

VANRATH HR is delighted to be partnering with a leading manufacturer, wishing to appoint a HR Manager to their site based in Dungannon, County Tyrone.
The Role
* To deliver a professional and efficient HR Function for the site, managing all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Site HR Function, through establishing, maintaining, and improving people management practices and skills.
* To contribute to the formulation and implementation of a Site HR Strategy.
* Work with senior Site management team to ensure that the Site workforce is used effectively and developed appropriately to meet current and future Site values.
* To design and implement Site interventions to receive and respond to staff feedback, improve internal staff communications and design and implement improvements to the Site staff experience and wellbeing based on the feedback received through exit questionnaires and other relevant measures.
* Work with senior Site managers to develop an action plan to improve staff engagement across the Site.
* Provide expert change management advice, ensuring effective consultation processes are followed in line with any change management policy, employment law and best practice.
The Successful Person
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* CIPD Level 5 qualified, or equivalent.
* Extensive experience in HR within a similar environment, with significant experience in a managerial role.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
* Experience with strategic planning and policy development.
