Rate of pay: Starting £15.13 per hour
Shift: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm & Friday 9am to 4.45pm (36 hours per week)
Location: Radar Road, Leicester, LE3 1UF
Working within the International department, International Trainers are responsible for the delivery of high quality, impactful learning for new starters and existing employees to increase knowledge, skills and confidence. This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in our continued growth journey within our International teams.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Deliver a range of training content for face-to-face, virtual and hybrid delivery using a variety of methods to enhance and provide an exceptional learning and training experience.
2. Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs, amend and revise programs as necessary to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
3. Support individuals experiencing challenges along with identifying good and poor performance.
4. Travel between Next sites and work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends, which includes travel and overnight stays to encourage face-to-face engagement with teams and stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
1. Demonstrated track record in delivering content to diverse audiences, coupled with frontline training expertise.
2. Solid grasp and practical proficiency in both Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications, leveraging robust planning and organizational abilities.
3. Proficient communicator, both written and verbal, exhibiting high levels of motivation and enthusiasm, along with a collaborative spirit that transcends all levels of interaction.
