About the Role:
As the HR Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping and implementing HR policies, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. You'll work closely with our team across all levels to foster a positive and productive work environment.
You will:
* Manage employee relations, engagement, and HR administration.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and employment law.
* Manage onboarding processes and support workforce planning.
* Lead workforce analysis, policy implementation, and cultural development initiatives.
* Improve HR systems and processes for greater efficiency.
* Support TUPE processes during acquisitions and collaborate with the finance team on payroll.
* Drive employee engagement, welfare activities, and leadership development.
* Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and highlight key trends.
* Manage staff benefits, performance reviews, and remuneration surveys.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about employee wellbeing and development. You will be a part of the senior management team within the organisation and ensure staff have a positive environment to deliver the best possible care that our clients deserve.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR Manager role.
* CIPD Level 7 qualification.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
* A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience managing TUPE processes is advantageous.
