About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead our facilities operations across two campuses, Egham and Hillingdon. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for managing our facilities teams and support partners to ensure efficient management of campus facilities.
The successful candidate will have experience in leading and motivating facilities teams, managing significant operational and capital budgets, and overseeing the development and management of campus facilities to meet current and future needs.

About You
* You will be an enthusiastic and inspiring leader with demonstrable experience of leading and motivating facilities teams.
* You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to represent ACS to external parties and interface with internal partners.
* You will have commercial acumen and experience of managing extensive grounds.
* You will have an excellent knowledge and understanding of hard services, fabric maintenance, and M&E.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
