Order Processor & Inbound Customer Service Advisor - Alton £28 K - £30k - Perm plus company bonus - Office based
Hours: 08.00 to 17.00

The Role:
You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will handle all customer service inbound enquiries and orders, ensuring every customer receives five-star service.
Key Duties:
1. Effectively handling and processing orders
2. Handling all customer enquiries effectively and rapidly
3. Making sure all our customers' needs are met
4. Advising on products
5. Working to a maximum 2-hour response time
6. Ensuring all calls are answered within 3 rings
Required Skills:
1. Ability to work effectively under pressure
2. Good and clear communication skills (verbal & written)
3. Ability to multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail
4. Experience in order processing and customer services
5. Strong organisational skills
6. Being an effective communicator regardless of the method (i.e. email/calling)
7. Team player
