Working within the rota team, the post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support for the production and running of medical rotas within the Trust’s Medicine Group. Key Responsibilities: Support the production and maintenance of resident doctor on call rotas for the medicine group throughout the Trust ensuring compliance with New 2016 Junior Doctor Contract and equity for all staff. Design, produce, and monitor new medical rota templates, ensuring compliance with New 2016 Junior Doctor Contract EWTD. Produce and maintain live working rotas on the Trust intranet, updating with live swaps and names of booked doctors covering vacancies. Work with resourcing to produce work schedules for new starter trainee doctors and bespoke LTFT work schedules. Distribute rotas to all new starters in the Medicine group, ensuring standards of the New 2016 Junior Doctor Contract are met.
