Modality Partnership Wokingham division has a vacancy for a Salaried GP 4 sessions a week with Thursday & Friday working essential. The postholder will be passionate about patient care, working Wokingham Medical Centre and branch site Ashridge Road contributing to the innovation within the partnership in the way care is delivered. Main duties of the job
The role is a patient centred role delivered from your nominatedpractice site. The postholder will need to confidently evidence key skills suchas excellent verbal and written communication skills, clinical skills and empoweringpatients to manage their individual health conditions. The usual duties of asalaried GP will be expected patient care through regular appointments, homevisits and the general administration for patient care. The postholder willwork in collaboration with their local practice team, engaging the use of theassociated roles that are be attached to the practice.

Essential
1. GMC registered.
2. CCST for primary care in the UK.
3. Eligible to work in the UK.
4. MRCGP (Desirable).
5. On the UK performers list for primary care.
6. Current valid driving licence/access to a car.
