The Gig
Join IDX's dynamic creative content team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping editorial strategy and delivering top-tier content for high-profile multinational clients in the corporate and B2B sectors. Bringing your hands-on content experience, you'll confidently collaborate with clients, understand their business challenges, and craft effective content strategies to meet their objectives. Your role will span from supporting senior strategists to leading projects, creating engaging content for social media, video, and websites, while maintaining high-quality messaging and tone of voice. If you’re passionate about innovative ideation and using data to drive content strategy, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment!
You Will
* Provide strategic content planning and ideation to clients
* Support Senior Content Strategists in high-level content strategy for global brands
* Ensure content meets client expectations, in terms of both quality and deadlines
* Develop detailed, accurate briefs that clients approve, the creative teams can work from and ensure that all output matches the brief
* Using IDX materials, work with clients on TOV documents, messaging frameworks, website content hierarchies and module mapping
* Work collaboratively with other team members in departments across the business
* Continually look at ways to improve and innovate the work we do for clients
* Review content performance and suggest potential improvements
* Constantly look for new innovation, creative ideas and opportunities to delight our clients
About You
* 5+ years’ proven experience in content strategy / delivery (ideally working with B2B clients)
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
* Passionate about content creation and quality writing
* Excellent writing, editing and proofreading
* Drive to learn new tools and skills to build on your strengths (we don’t expect you to be a master in all areas)
* Knowledge around social media content (both paid and organic)
* Experience with SEO
* Comfortable engaging with clients and key stakeholders
