We are currently seeking to appoint a passionate Teaching Assistant to work with and support children in our Reception class. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a real impact in the Early Years of a child’s educational journey.
We are looking for a candidate who is flexible, committed, and able to adapt to the changing needs of our children. The successful applicant will be motivated, approachable, and ready to work collaboratively within our team.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a genuine passion for working with children
* Possess the knowledge and skills to support children within Reception in our school
* Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Have experience in planning and preparing engaging learning activities
* Use effective strategies to promote positive behaviour and a love of learning
* Work well with other staff members and external agencies
* Be motivated, positive, and open to new challenges
* Inspire children and provide high-quality learning experience
* Set high expectations for children’s attainment and behaviour
* Demonstrate professionalism and a collaborative team approach
* Have excellent communication skills, including a strong level of literacy and numeracy
