Maintaining a safe and secure environment & ensure safe access to buildings at all times Carrying out patrols/hazard reporting etc as requested Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to Completing all necessary reports in line with company documentation Access / Egress control Monitoring of alarms & CCTV system Key Holding responsibilities Controlling and monitoring access to the carparks Adhering to policies and procedures at all times General refuse management & ensuring overall tidiness on site Provide a high standard of customer service Be polite, helpful, and diligent, with a ‘can do’ ethos Have a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations. Valid Door Supervision SIA licence Must be able to drive (must have own transport due to location of site) Confident with electronic devices Able to work independently and as part of a team Be punctual and reliable High levels of written and verbal communication skills Fully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS7858 Be comfortable patrolling long distances and be on your feet for extended periods of time
