About the Job:
The HR Projects Implementor (2 Year FTC, with view to permanency) is an individual contributor position, working at the heart of the function. Working very closely with the VP, People, this hands-on role is a tactical / operational role, accountable for delivering a variety of different generalist projects and initiatives for the people function, from creating foundational HR processes and operations requirements, to HRIS/HRM implementation, to benefits selection and administration.
This role would suit a HR Manager / Generalist who is looking to move away from employee-centric activity and focus on building and evolving every aspect of an HR function. It is a varied role, with exposure to both HR generalist and specialist areas.
What will you do?:
The role will drive many of our People plan initiatives, which include (but not limited to):
Implementation of new HRM platform
This change programme is already underway; We are sunsetting 5 disparate, siloed systems (Cascade (HRIS), Job Adder (ATS), Skillsoft/Percipio (LMS), Clear Review (Performance Management systems) and Tempo (Time & Attendance system), and launching a fully integrated single platform (UKG). Working closely with the VP, People this role will collaborate with all functions of the business to gather requirements insights, help build the new system, work with the business on user-acceptance training, and then launch the platform, driving adoption. The role will also be a systems-admin of the system post launch.
Benefits
Manage the benefits consolidation change initiative, cataloguing all the required details, benefit scope and provision, and coverage across all ESP territories.
Proactively work with procurement, three months in advance of a contract end date, to ensure timely contract renewals, catering for procurement workload. Catalogue any cost savings or coverage changes of benefit renewals in the consolidation tracker. Communicate scope or provider changes as necessary to impacted audience. Working with the VP People, identify coverage gaps in our benefits provision and / or suggestions on the sunsetting of under-utilised benefits as part of the on-going review process.
From the consolidation exercise, working collaboratively with the Recruitment team, produce benefits guides per country that can be provided to candidates in the offer process, documenting their benefits and employee value proposition, ensuring conformity to brand guidelines.
Cost Calculators
Cost calculators are a company commercial tool used by our Sales functions for competitive bid tendering. This role will work with our payroll function on an annual basis to ensure all employee costs are accurate, to ensure our cost calculators accurately detail employee fully-loaded costs.
Line Manager Training
Working with the People Advisers and Business Partners, this role will be accountable for the research, content development and delivery of Line Manager training initiatives aimed at increasing our management capability in managing global workforces.
Reward and Recognition
This role will be the drvining force behind a global review of all reward and recognition processes within the company, and proposing new ways to drive employee engagement
Learning and Development
This role will help evolve the organisation’s current grading structure to underpin talent management, development and career growth of our employees, through the creation of job families and functions, competencies and career pathways, market-based pay etc.
Employee Satisfaction Survey
Spearheading the design and implement an annual employee satisfaction survey into the business, and help drive associated action planning, interfacing will all levels of leadership.
Other Responsibilities
Undertaking research and data analytics in support of the team as required.
Providing reporting to the People and/or business functions as required.
Researching and drafting new Employment policies, and updating existing ones, in light of new working practices, changes in statute etc.
Update and maintain our HR workspace on the company’s communication platform, Workvivo, on all aspects of HR-initiatives delivered into the business, showcasing our function’s success.
TUPE harmonisation – assisting the HR advisers and business partners, this role will provide contract analysis and consultation support to a variety of TUPE harmonisation programmes.
Reorganisation and optimisation of our HR sharepoint.
This role is working hybrid schedule: 3 days at the office & 2 days remotely - 37.5 hour per week
What will you bring to ESP?

2. Experience of implementing HR information systems platforms and software, ideally UKG Ready or Cascade.

10. Strong sense of self-governance. Excellent time management skills; Organizing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
11. Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex issues.
12. CIPD level 5 or above qualified
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
