About the Role To provide high quality Technical Training to the UK/ROI & MEA Dealer network. Reporting to the Training Manager the role of technical trainer is an important and exciting position within CNH, giving the successful applicant an opportunity to represent the company and its products in the training arena. The objective is to proactively equip the dealer network with the skills and knowledge to repair our products, so we are recognised by our customers for excellent service support. Training plays an integral part in developing the agriculture businesses. Responsibilities To equip dealer service technicians and colleagues with essential information and skills so they can support customers products in the workshop and in the field. To teach and communicate at a high level during classroom and workshop sessions, proactively using teaching aids to support learning. To “own” the material for products of responsibility in the marketplace. Develop training techniques and aids (i.e. workbooks/workshop sessions) to ensure minimum of 50% of a course is practical meeting course and departmental objectives. Work individually and as part of a team to continually develop training techniques / skills. To ensure that of all the relevant training material/schedules prior to training and ensure that the environment is set up and ready for training delivery. Collaborate with the technical support department and adapt training if needed to ensure topics are relevant to training participants. Complete minimal administration after the delivery of a course. Represent CNH brands in a professional manner. Be responsible for health and safety and the general conduct of attendees during training courses. Support dealers and customers in the field with technical issues. Identify gaps in the training offering and knowledge of both internal and external people, to be shared with the training manager.
