HR Advisor
West Lothian
£30,000-35,000 per annum
Initial Temporary contract with the potential to be made Permanent
Reed HR are looking to recruit a hands-on HR Advisor on an initial temporary basis for one of our top clients based in West Lothian. You will be involved in a full range of HR services, supporting the HR team through their busiest time of the year.
This is an interesting role working within a highly ethical organisation that does great work throughout the UK.
Details:
Monday - Friday // 09:00 - 17:00 OR 08:30 - 17:00 (dependent)
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support, advise and guide managers when providing support and advice on employment relations issues to ensure legislative requirements are met.
2. Advise key stakeholders on HR and employment issues through partnership working to ensure a collaborative and consistent approach across all Strategic Business Units.
3. Undertake exit interviews when required and provide feedback to appropriate parties to encourage departmental and manager reviews and development.
4. Advise managers on the recruitment process and their recruitment strategies to find the most suitable person for the role.
5. Contribute to the development and training of HR policies and procedures to minimise and manage risk.
What we're looking for:
1. Previous HR Advisor / recruitment experience.
2. Previous experience working closely within the onboarding team.
3. Good level of admin skill.
4. Solid IT skills, particularly MS Office.
