WHAT WE ARE SEEKING:
* Responsible for the smooth running and day to day operations of the hotel.
* Managing the hotel budget and sales strategy, developing new and creative opportunities to maximise sales and increase revenue.
* Lead the overall management and strategic direction of the property and support all departments in the achievement of operational targets.
* Motivate, train and develop the team to deliver exceptional guest service.
* The successful candidate will have a track record of building great relationships with all stakeholders in the business, including owners, managers, employees, clients, and neighbours.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
* You must be commercially driven and have a minimum of 5 years hotel General Manager experience.
