You will support the business with the implementation, embedding and ongoing road map of activities for Workday – in the main, HCM, Payroll, Absence, Performance, Benefits, Advanced Compensation and integrations. You will be the main contact with Workday for support and troubleshooting, and have a desire to improve People processes with the use of Workday. Responsibilities of the role will include: Experience in translating HR and Payroll processes into technical requirements for Workday, configuring requirements in Workday Assist in the review, testing, implementation, training, and communication of Workday system changes and upgrades including the bi-annual Workday releases Ability to interpret business problems into system solutions, ensuring system functionality is reflective of business and people policies Comfortable and confident in working with large volumes of personal and sensitive data Workday reporting experience, Reporting, Metrics, Analysis, or similar Help identify process effectiveness and efficiency opportunities Being the key contact with Workday to troubleshoot issues and escalate problems Provide support to other functions for HR systems/platforms, which could include Human Capital Management, Onboarding, Performance, etc. Continual service improvement - Work closely with Workday’s Customer Success Manager to review product roadmaps, and drive product feature requests that would benefit Starling Banks processes. Support on ensuring that Workday is fully integrated with key business systems Perform detailed manipulation of complex data via tools such as spreadsheets and EIB's. Ensuring the system is intuitive for employees and managers Documenting system processes and access, and ensuring this is maintained accurately Requirements Extensive Workday configuration experience Strong expertise in Workday reporting, integrations, and data analysis tools. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Effective communicator and team player with a problem-solving mindset. The ability to work with autonomy whilst keeping aware of any need for escalation to senior stakeholders.
