Band 3 - £28,381 - £31,637 per annum
The Centre for Academic & International Partnerships (CAIP) is responsible for the development and management of the University’s academic partnership arrangements with several institutions globally. Currently, there is approximately 16,600 students enrolled on a UoS programme delivered by an academic partner. The team acts as a central link between partner institutions and the University’s academic schools and professional services departments and works actively to build the network of partners engaged with the University.
About the Role:
Academic Administrators support the smooth delivery of all courses validated by the University of Suffolk. As a high-level administrator, you will offer support appropriate to the Directorate, under the guidance of the Partnerships Managers. This role is a central link between the University and our Academic Partners, responding to a wide variety of student queries regarding all aspects of their studies.
The Academic Administrator works closely with a Partnerships Manager linked to an identified portfolio of partners, ensuring that the courses are delivered smoothly and the students are provided with an excellent experience. The Academic Administrator aids the team by providing administrative support in the operational aspects of partnership course management, for example, attendance monitoring. They are expected to become a highly competent user of University systems and will ensure accuracy of the information and records held within these systems and online.
