Maths Teacher - Full-Time - SEMH School (KS2 & KS3)
Are you a passionate and resilient Maths teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We are seeking a qualified and experienced Maths teacher to join our small, supportive SEMH school, working with pupils in Key Stages 2 and 3.
Position Overview
* Full-time, permanent position (following a probationary period through Teaching Personnel).
* Small class sizes with dedicated LSA support.
* Delivering engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to pupils who require a tailored approach to learning.
* Supporting students with a range of needs, including SEMH, ASC, complex needs, and those from challenging backgrounds.
* Working within a nurturing, therapeutic environment to help pupils re-engage with education.
Minimum Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Maths.
* Experience working with SEMH pupils or those with additional needs.
* A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
* Strong behaviour management skills and a commitment to trauma-informed practice.
* Passion for supporting pupils' emotional and academic growth.
