Job snapshot: As Wonde’s Marketing and Communications Executive, you'll drive engagement and adoption of our solutions through creative and compelling messaging. With a deep customer-centric mindset, you'll quickly identify pain points and craft clear, targeted solutions. You'll seamlessly manage cross-channel communication—including CRM tools, direct mail, events, and collateral, ensuring a consistent and cohesive look and feel. Collaboration is central to this role, you’ll partner with internal teams, key stakeholders, and external partners to strengthen brand presence and drive sales success. Your work will ensure our messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with our brand values and strategic goals. What you’ll be doing: Conduct research and analyse customer behaviours, motivations, and challenges to understand their needs. Use this insight to craft compelling marketing strategies that effectively address pain points and position our solutions as essential. Design and execute tailored marketing campaigns that align with audience needs, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance engagement, boost customer acquisition, and increase product adoption. Strategically manage lead generation initiatives by optimising CRM tools and executing targeted email sequencing campaigns that nurture prospects and drive conversions. Establish, develop, and maintain meaningful relationships with key partners to support account managers, ensuring collaboration aligns with broader business objectives and strengthens Wonde’s market presence. Assist in streamlining sales processes by supporting key partnerships, equipping sales teams with relevant materials, and representing Wonde professionally in all engagements with external stakeholders. Develop a deep understanding of the school and Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) sales process, using this knowledge to enhance outreach strategies and effectively engage decision-makers. Utilise creative approaches, such as thought leadership content, interactive social media campaigns, and compelling presentations, to strengthen connections with schools and MATs. Work closely with leadership, including the MD, CMO, and Product Marketing Manager, to align marketing efforts with overarching business objectives, ensuring campaigns are high-impact and results-driven. Together with the Product Marketing Manager, develop and manage a structured marketing calendar that ensures consistent and timely execution of marketing activities, boosting brand visibility and supporting long-term product adoption. Craft engaging, brand-aligned content across multiple channels—including blogs, social media, and sales collateral, ensuring all messaging effectively communicates value and resonates with target audiences. Regularly update and maintain the Wonde website via WordPress, ensuring all information is current, relevant, and aligned with the latest marketing campaigns and business objectives. Support the Event Manager in organising and delivering successful national events, ensuring strong brand representation, effective audience engagement, and seamless event logistics. Work closely with the Digital team to enhance social media strategies, optimise PPC campaigns, and implement data-driven digital marketing tactics that maximise online reach and lead generation. Requirements What we’re hoping you’ll bring: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing & communications role. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms. Strong passion for copywriting with a creative mindset and ability to craft engaging and compelling content. A foundational understanding of marketing best practices, including digital marketing, branding, and content strategy. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with a range of stakeholders. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, taking initiative when required. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all communications.
