Financial Planning Support (Chartered Practice)

Responsibilities
1. Undertaking research and drafting reports to enable the Directors/Advisers to provide advice to clients in all aspects of personal and corporate financial planning.
2. Preparation of advice letters, annual suitability letters, valuations, and aggregated cost tables.
3. Implementation of new business.
4. Research and review of new and existing legislation and technical/product information.
5. Assisting with complex administration matters for clients' Self Invested Personal Pensions and Small Self Administered Pension Schemes.
6. Assisting with client/general administration and general office duties when required.
7. Support to the Finance Team when required.
8. Project work when required.
9. Researching and drafting reports and assisting with the production of bulletins to professional connections.
10. Assisting with and attending meetings/seminars for clients, professional connections, investment, and insurance companies when required.
11. Assisting with written communications for marketing campaigns.
12. Attending regular training and competence meetings.
13. Adhering to rules governing compliance and training and competence.
Minimum Requirements
The successful candidate will need to have previous experience within a Financial Services environment. You will have solid communication and articulation skills as well as the ability to multi-task.
