The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in helping pupils with additional needs thrive in their learning environment. Your duties will include: Providing tailored support to pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis. Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and creating engaging resources. What we are looking for: A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Experience working with children, ideally within an SEN setting.
