Your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Scheduling appointments for customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Providing accurate information about our products and services. Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively. Processing orders, forms, and applications. Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and appointments. Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes. Meeting performance targets and contributing to team goals.Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in using scheduling software and computer systems. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred but not necessary.
