Job summary An exciting opportunity for a Community Nursery Nurse post has arisen to support the Foleshill Health Visiting Team (Team 3). Working with some challenging and vulnerable families in the city requires respect and sensitivity at all times using suitable communication skills to support parents in caring for their children. You will develop a therapeutic relationship with clients to promote a trusting relationship, respecting the diverse needs of our community. You will support clinics and be promoting positive health messages. You will be carrying out Developmental Reviews and referring children into additional services depending on need.
