What You’ll Be Doing
Providing one-to-one and small group support for students with SEN, particularly ADHD and ASD.
Assisting in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Supporting classroom activities to ensure all students can engage effectively in their learning.
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to deliver cohesive support.
Promoting positive behaviour and helping students build confidence and independence.

What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children with SEN, particularly ADHD and ASD, is desirable.
A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting diverse needs.
A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to safeguarding children.
