What you’ll be doing
* You will be the subject matter expert for Consumer Duty in the first line supporting various business functions and product lines.
* Focusing on good outcomes for customers, you will engage with key operational business functions, in terms of implementing and embedding our Consumer Duty requirements.
* Support Business leads with planning and coordination of Communication Review on an annual basis, i.e., agreeing the 12-month plan, monitoring the process, and ensuring reviews and insight testing are carried out/appropriate.
* Leading or supporting business change projects from a Consumer Duty/conduct risk standpoint.
* Own and enhance the MI structure for Consumer Duty Dashboard/Reporting and support production of the Annual Board Report.

What you’ll bring to the team
* Apply professional judgment to identify, diagnose and resolve essential regulatory and conduct-focused changes with a sound knowledge of the Consumer Duty and its requirements.
* A customer-focused mentality, able to challenge, support and work collaboratively with multiple areas across Paragon.
* Leadership skills (teamwork, models our company values, managing performance, etc.).
* A proven track record of pragmatic solutions delivery as well as operational development and relationship management.
* The ability to build strong relationships with key business partners.

Working hours
Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week, hybrid role, at least 2 days per week in the office.
