Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a large, reputable organisation based in Nottingham. Our fabulous client is currently looking for an experienced Temp HR Administrator to join their tight-knit, friendly team.
The ideal candidate will be organised and able to handle a demanding workload. You will need to have strong administrative experience, the ability to communicate with individuals of all levels, and will be organised when supporting a variety of HR tasks.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the onboarding and compliance process for new starters
* Provide direct administrative support to HR Manager
* Update job descriptions and job adverts
* Support with the planning of recruitment events and assessment days
* Manage diaries and interview schedules on behalf of the management team
Skills & Experience
* Previous administration experience essential, ideally within recruitment
* Fast and accurate data entry and IT skills, ability to use MS Office
* Polite and professional telephone manner
* Demonstrates a motivated and enthusiastic attitude
* Experience of dealing with confidential information
Vacancy Summary
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
Salary: c£13.50 per hour D.O.E
Location: Arnold, Nottinghamshire
Job Type: Temporary for approx. 6 months, potential to extend
