As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who’s ready to own their space, push boundaries, and make an impact.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who’s ready to take full ownership of our e-commerce and email marketing performance. Reporting directly to the MD, you’ll be expected to lead from the front, drive results, and make things happen.
This is not a strategy-only role; you’ll be in the platforms, building, testing, tweaking, and scaling what works. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable with change, and always be thinking: what’s working, what’s not, and what are we doing about it?
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce Management: Oversee and optimise our e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience, increase sales, and improve customer retention. Provide client feedback on areas of improvement and optimisation.
2. Email Marketing Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
3. Brand Marketing: Build our Redu Group presence across LinkedIn and other professional spaces.
4. Content & Campaign Management: Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
5. Data & Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
7. Innovation & Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies and methodologies.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and email marketing.
2. Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
4. Excellent communication and project management skills.
5. Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and customer engagement.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
