Brook Street Recruitment is delighted to be working with our Belfast City Centre Client who are a Global Insurance Company, they are currently recruiting for an experienced Motor Claims Handler to join their expanding team Responsibilities Managing the customer`s motor claims journey Negotiate Motor Insurance Claims - fleet haulage and marine transport Excellent customer service experience and ability to manage motor claims Provide input and advice to clients on claims progress, manage expectations and support needs. Escalate claims to Account Executives or Senior Management in accordance with referral triggers. Set up first advice and managing subsequent interactions with clients and insurers Assist with the audit of client`s claims statistics and provision of summary reports and analysis. Meet the agreed standards of service, volumes and performance levels, in line with KPIs. Manager Full claims process, first notification to final settlement Ensure all information is captured and inputted onto internal systems Working with Motor / Third Party Property Damage Claims Full Caseload Claims Management Criteria: Proven experience within Motor Claims, Fleet and some Liability Claims Strong communication skills - verbal and written Preferred to have CII Qualification or working towards it Competent in Microsoft Office.Salary will depend on background and based on experience Please send CV to Colleen Farquharson via the apply link
