This is a really exciting time to join the Housing Service at North Yorkshire Council. Following Local Government Reorganisation, we have a new, ambitious Housing Strategy which sets out our vision for the future of housing across North Yorkshire and lots of work to do to improve the service we deliver to our residents. Following a full restructure of the Housing Service, we have opportunities for people who share our drive and ambition to join our team!
The Service Improvement Team is an exciting new addition to the Housing Service. The team is responsible for improving service delivery for our residents across all areas of the Housing Service, from our communications to our policies, processes, and the systems we use. The team will focus on ensuring compliance with the Consumer Standards set by the Regulator of Social Housing. Service Improvement sits within the Housing Delivery and Partnerships Service.
