This is initially for maternity cover for up to one year, but they expect to make this permanent as they are a growing company. Benefits They Offer No weekend working Closed on bank holidays Christmas and New year office closure Free On-site car parking Company laptop Salary & Hours Salary : £24,400 - £26,000 pa Hours: Full Time; 40 hours; Monday – Friday between 8.30am - 5.00pm (30 mins unpaid lunch break) Duties and Responsibilities Answering office phone - Daily queries and checking emails and WhatsApp - Responding to queries as required. Speaking with Engineers daily to gain updates and actions needed for you to support them to complete their work. Sending out invoices for completed work - Finance department to have set up ready to send. Calling clients and tenants to make bookings for the Engineers. Working with Estate Agents to arrange bookings and passing on quote information to the quoting team. Call clients following work being carried out by the team checking clients are happy and asking for reviews Log staff attendance, marking down absence ready for the Finance team to process payroll. Log where clients are hearing about our client so this can be monitored for marketing purposes. Managing service m8 schedule, booking jobs, closing jobs and converting into quotes file ready for quoting team. Arrange Worcester callouts for clients when required. Monitor boiler service and gas certs due and arrange with clients when required. Ad hoc admin duties as required to support the office team. Results Expected Client queries are dealt with within a timely manner showing the highest level of customer care at all times. Excellent communication skills when speaking to clients, Engineers and the office team to ensure productivity. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Experience working with Xero software would be preferred but not essential as can be trained. Computer skills required. Great communication skills. Ability to multitask in a busy office setting and also work independently. Able to use initiative and find their own solution to carry out tasks.
