Role Description
The L&D and/or Project Coordinator will be responsible for training and development, learning management, communication, and some design tasks. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver impactful presentations. Key Responsibilities:
Learning and Development Coordination:
1. Liaising with clients and learners to manage programme logistics
2. Tracking and managing learner records
3. Assignment marking
4. Reporting
5. Database management and data analysis
6. Document review, quality checks, and proofing
Office and System Support and Administration:
1. Managing equipment and software licences
2. LMS and portal administration
3. Learner support
4. RFP support
5. Updating processes and internal files
6. Document review and preparation
About the Ideal Candidate:
1. Degree-level qualification / Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, project management, HR, psychology)
2. At least 3 years of experience in administration, user support, and business support
3. Experience in managing large-scale L&D and apprenticeship programmes
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
6. Proficiency in using various learning portals (LMS), databases, and scheduling systems, such as MS Teams, Doodle, Mondays.com, Aptem LMS, and Articulate
7. Experience in marketing and social media platforms
