We are offering stability, responsibility, autonomy, and a role within an amazing business. This role is supporting HR with payroll for a number of weekly paid and monthly paid employees.
We'd love you to have some payroll/HR admin experience, but will grow and develop you if you've only had a small amount of exposure. We have many examples of people who've learnt a lot and have enjoyed excellent careers here.
Culturally, we are a hardworking, conscientious bunch of people who enjoy our day-to-day work. We get on really well as a team and like to think we have a sense of humour! It's a small team, so you'll have a lot of variety including:
1. Answering the phones as and when required, greeting visitors.
2. Providing support to HR and Payroll.
3. Making sure you're compliant with good working practices; health and safety is crucial.
4. Helping with and carrying out other reasonable requests by different departments.
