We are working with one of the most recognisable organisations in their sector to source a Sales Operations Manager to lead their new Sales Contact Centre – this business grew 40% last year alone!
Location - Hybrid, Reading
Salary - c70k + bonus + bens
This role is hybrid with 3 days per week on site in Reading and will lead a growing number of ambitious mangers and their teams to deliver excellence in B2C conversion – these sales contacts are all very warm (both inbound and outbound).
The successful candidate will be highly experienced in leading growing Contact Centre / Desk Based sales teams, will be energetic, passionate and have a demonstrable ability to lead people through a period of growth and transformation.
Key responsibilities:
* Proven experience in a sales leadership / customer success role
* Experience managing team performance within a target focused environment, overseeing lead pipeline management & SLA’s towards metrics of response time, outbound calling activity & lead conversion.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and implement effective solutions in line with senior leadership strategies
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Experience working with CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
