1. Provide effective administration of HR systems for employee life cycle tasks.
2. Support and lead recruitment process for internal and external roles.
3. Be the point of contact for Managers, Supervisors, and employees regarding personnel and employment law.
4. Drive engagement by supporting, owning, and implementing engagement projects, activities, and events.
5. Support the Employee Forum.
6. Participate in talent review meetings of the departments and deduce development measures for succession planning.
7. Be the Subject Matter Expert in the area of PMP-System and PMP-Coordination on plant level.
8. Collaborate on project-oriented tasks.
9. Manage payroll process, including continuous improvement activities to enhance accuracy and reduce payroll-related issues.
10. Understand and support joint venture HR requirements, including KPIs and Improvement Projects.
11. Support all business-related audits.
12. Perform ad hoc administrative duties.
13. Contribute to the I AM with Eagle Eye, Hazard Hawk, Small Step Improvements, and SUBO’s.
14. Report all incidents/near misses to the Team Leader immediately (Stop-Call-Wait).
15. Support KUL EHS strategy of driving a safe culture.
