Alcombe Veterinary Surgery is looking for a passionate and experienced Practice Manager to join our friendly, dynamic team, covering both our Whitton and Osterley branches. As a key member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional care to both our clients and their pets.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and contribute to the seamless operation of our practices. As Practice Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving day-to-day efficiency and enhancing the overall client experience. This is a full-time position, offering 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 08:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Leadership and Team Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, manage and motivate a dedicated team of veterinary professionals, and ensure a positive work environment.
2. Manage budgets: Financial reporting and billing processes, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability.
3. Client Relationship Management: Maintain excellent client relations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.
4. Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement procedures to optimise practice operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and patient flow.
5. Compliance and Standards: Ensure the practice adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and veterinary standards.
6. Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety protocols are followed, maintaining a safe environment for staff, clients, and animals.
7. Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and find practical solutions to improve practice performance and client satisfaction.
