We are recruiting on behalf of a client seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This role involves ensuring high standards of care, maintaining CQC compliance, and leading a skilled team.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the operations of the home and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
2. Manage and lead a team of care staff, providing support and guidance.
3. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
4. Ensure high standards of care and support are maintained.
5. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in a managerial role within a residential care setting.
2. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Relevant qualifications in health and social care.
Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
