Job Description
Key responsibilities:
* Coordinate and be responsible for routine office administration within the Division.
* Manage and prioritize your own time and workload with minimal supervision, ensuring quality, accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
* Make decisions within routine procedures following established guidelines and processes.
Working relationships:
Report to the Neurobiology DA. Interact, advise, and assist the Neurobiology HoDs, other administrative staff in the LMB, external visitors, and some external teams.

Person Specification
Education / qualifications / training required:
* Essential: 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including minimum Grade C in Mathematics and English.
* Desirable: Educated to A level, BTEC, HND, or equivalent.
Previous work experience required:
* Essential: Some administrative experience.
* Desirable: Experience in a busy office, laboratory, or clinical environment; working with multiple processes and tight deadlines; handling confidential information.
Knowledge and experience:
* Essential: High standard of administrative services, proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, online ordering systems, problem-solving within guidelines, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
* Desirable: Formal Microsoft Office IT qualifications, experience with Adobe Creative Suite and CRM systems, ability to innovate and improve systems.
Personal skills / behaviors / qualities:
* Essential: Organisational and prioritization skills, proactive and flexible attitude, high integrity, tactful communication, organized interaction with multiple teams.
