Reporting to the Sales Ledger & Credit Controller Supervisor, you will be responsible for opening new credit accounts whilst dealing with customer and store queries. This role would be a great opportunity to expand on your accounts knowledge after completing an apprenticeship. Description of the role: Posting sales invoices onto the ledger. Raising and posting credit notes and manual invoices. Processing payments received. Active collection of outstanding payments via phone and email. Raising and posting Journals. Sorting and distributing the daily post and managing inboxes. About you: Previous experience within a Sales Ledger or Credit Control role. Effective working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and able to pick up new systems with ease. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
