The Role:
As Head of Sixth Form, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students, driving academic success, and fostering a vibrant and inclusive sixth form culture. You will be responsible for leading the sixth form provision, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, and supporting students in achieving their aspirations, whether that be university, apprenticeships, or employment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Sixth Form team, providing strategic direction and support
* Monitor student progress and implement interventions to ensure outstanding outcomes
* Develop an engaging and enriching post-16 curriculum
* Support students with university applications, career pathways, and personal development
* Promote the Sixth Form as a centre of excellence within the wider school community
* Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and external partners
