Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Monitor and communicate project deliverables, including hardware, financial and commercial outputs, dispute management, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
* Maximise project profitability through effective variation management.
* Schedule and lead client and internal meetings to ensure alignment and timely progress.
* Drive and control project-specific milestones, ensuring adherence to budgets while providing feedback to your colleagues.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
* For senior roles, mentor, motivate, and monitor the performance of other Project Managers.
What We’re Looking For:
* HND/Degree in engineering or business discipline, or a recognised project management qualification.
* Managing complex projects, preferably in Oil and Gas or related industries.
* Proven skills in contract negotiation, supplier/customer management, and financial oversight of projects.
* Self-starter with excellent delegation, time management, and organisational skills.
* Strong results and target orientation, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for client-facing and internal collaboration.
