We are looking for an Office Administrator to work on a Part Time, Permanent basis. Located in Bromsgrove, we are delighted to be supporting this long-standing business on an exclusive basis.
As an Office Administrator you will be joining a small team of 8 and responsible for
* Answering incoming phone calls.
* Working closely with the accounts department for filing and general duties
* Processing orders
* Assist in dealing with expenses.
* Assisting the spares and purchasing department and logistics, booking in parts, picking and packing parts, creating courier documents.
Skills Required
* Experience of Sage line 50 desirable
* Good Microsoft Excel/Data Base/Word Processing Skills.
* Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills
* Self-motivated and an enthusiastic character
Working Hours
This role is part time, and hours can be flexible (agreed before start date)
Office Open times
Monday - Thursday 8:30 -17:00
Friday 8:30 - 14:00
Salary: £13.50 Per hour.
