Operating in a lean HR function, you will have the opportunity to work under an impressive HR Manager and develop your HR skills. Key Responsibilities:
* Administering the full employee and recruitment lifecycles for the organisation
* Support on Employee Relations cases, providing guidance and support to managers on disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
* Offer day-to-day advice on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practice across the business.
* Support with employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Support recruitment, training, and development activities.
* Work with the HR Manager on ad-hoc HR projects and drive continuous improvement across the function
* Run the monthly payroll process
The ideal candidate:
1. Previous experience operating in a transactional HR role, advising managers on best HR practice is essential
2. A CIPD Level 3 is advantageous though not essential
