Account Manager
* Working within an established, growing electronics manufacturing business that are investing into scaling the business further.

* This is NOT and outbound sales role – no cold calling or business development. This is strictly supporting with inbound enquiries.

We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager / Sales Coordinator to join a well-established manufacturer who have experienced strong growth over recent years. In order to continue growing, the business require extra support when it comes to managing inbound customer enquiries and the creation of quotes. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned customers and following a structured process to customer queries are resolved. Product training will be provided, but any experience of working within the engineering / manufacturing sector would be useful.
Salary & Package: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum as an initial guide DOE. 25 days holiday + banks.
The Account Manager job will involve:
* Managing assigned customers to ensure all of their requirements / needs have been met, building strong relationships along the way.
* Prepare and calculate quotations for customers using customer information and data.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, engineering, and logistics) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client projects.
* Track and analyse account performance metrics, including client satisfaction, project outcomes, and financial results.

* Some electronics / PCB knowledge would be an advantage given their industry, but this isn’t essential as long as you are open to learning the product.
* Methodical and organised to follow a process in managing customer queries.
* A team player who can collaborate with different internal departments (marketing, manufacturing, engineering etc.).
