We are a multi award winning full-service agency managing all forms of events from small, high profile senior executive events to large scale, complex business conferences for over 6,000 attendees. We work in partnership with our clients advising on how to maximise the success of each event. Based in the North Hertfordshire countryside, Taylor Bennett is a family business.
At Taylor Bennett, creating memorable events is what we do. We seek experiences as sources of engagement, authenticity, social community, and play. Our creative team provides expertise and unlimited imagination to ensure the fusion of creativity and technical innovation. We pride ourselves on challenging the ordinary and take our clients to bold and inventive places.
THE JOB
We are looking for a designer with experience in the events sector to expand our team to create and implement events and experiences globally. We specialise in creating unique and bespoke experiences for our customers. This is a fast-paced business that is growing and gives the opportunity to be part of something truly exciting.
Reporting to the Head of Creative and working in a friendly, helpful team of designers, this is a new role to expand our current team. Our designers manage their own projects as well as working as part of a team with our 3D visualizer and graphic designer. You will be responsible for projects from start to finish including briefing, developing concepts, sourcing suppliers, project management, and bringing these designs to life onsite.
The role would entail visiting sites and being client-facing, representing Taylor Bennett and working alongside our project management and registration teams.

* An understanding of technical drawings.
* Knowledge of production, build methods, and materials would be an advantage.
* Ability to manage your own workload effectively.
* Ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative.
THE SKILLS
* Think creatively and differently - we are really looking for someone to add to our team and bring fresh, new ideas. We do also work collaboratively with our projects, so a different design perspective is always great to have.
* Experience working in both 2D and 3D.
