Working as a bank staff member offers a flexible approach for all candidates, to work a range of hours Monday to Sunday between the hours of 06.00-22.00pm Pay Staff will also benefit from enhance payments on top of their basic hourly pay as outlined below: Basic pay : £12.08 per hour plus an added 12% (total £13.52 per hour) on paid on all hours worked. Additional Payments Unsociable hours - for all hours worked between the hours of 20.00pm to 6.00am an additional 41% will be paid per hour on top of basic payment (totalling £17.03 per hour). Saturday Working - for all hours worked on a Saturday an additional 41% will be paid per hour on top of basic payment(totalling £17.03 per hour). Sunday Working - for all hours worked on a Sunday an additional 83% will be paid per hour on top of basic payment( totalling £22.10 per hour).
