Job Description Oversee food preparation and meal service for the prep school and nursery Lead and manage a small team of 4-6 staff Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and health and safety are maintained Plan and develop menus that meet the needs of students and staff Manage stock control and order supplies as needed Control food budgets and ensure cost-effective operations Ensure meals are nutritious, balanced, and cater to dietary requirements Monitor and maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization Maintain a positive, collaborative working environment within the kitchen team
