We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Apprenticeship Coach based in our West Midlands region. You do not need to be a qualified teacher or tutor, all of the required training will be given to allow you to share your wide experience with our learners to ensure their success. You will, however, have the drive to work with young people supporting them to develop valuable skills for their future. As an Apprenticeship Coach you will be working closely with Apprentice learners coaching them to develop and improve their knowledge, skills and behaviors, unlocking their potential to maximise their own performance to enable them to achieve their current and future aspirations. You will ensure effective curriculum implementation through preparing schemes of work, lesson and assessment plans taking account of the employer requirements and progression aspirations. The post holder will be enquired to work alongside employers understanding the business needs and company vision for their apprentice and growth. You will conduct engaging training, teaching, learning and coaching sessions through Google Meets and support learners with face to face visits each quarter to provide training and support, review progress and set targets. Conducting End Point Assessment mock visits to ensure the learner is gateway ready. Key Responsibilities: Develop the abilities, knowledge, skill, behaviours and confidence of each learner through coaching, training and assessment, supporting learners’ ability to work confidently, effectively and independently in life and work as part of the apprenticeship programme. To forge strong working relationships with apprentices, mentors, line managers and other key stakeholders. Plan individual learner journeys in line with the apprentices learning requirements to meet learners ongoing personal growth and Skills, Knowledge and behavioural needs. Manage and support apprentice and employer on planning and achievement of “off the job” training, recorded correctly against the Standard Effectively use the learning platform to support and progress apprentices in building a portfolio of evidence and recording of teaching, learning and assessments Plan, prepare and deliver vocational training alongside employer business needs and in line with employer/Nova agreed training contracts Requirements: Proven vocational knowledge and skills within specialist subject areas.Trade Supplier, Customer Service Practitioner,Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2 Maths, English Functional Skills or equivalent GCSE level.
